I feel your pain. I re-did my kitchen and landscaped my back yard to better manage run-off a few years back. Both required some level of code enforcement. What an expensive pain. But the county engineer who helped with my water management issues was extremely helpful.

You will have to publish pictures of your new deck and three-season room. Margaret and JD (my sister and brother-in-law) did the same thing. They love their new three-season room. They use it all the time.
